The Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong
Learning Sector (PTLLS) is a qualification for candidates who want to teach post 16.
The Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) is a qualification for candidates who:
•would like or require an introduction to teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector or
•are seeking career progression within their area of work or •want to teach people working towards ecognised qualifications including NVQs
•will are seeking to work towards ATLS/QTLS/DTLLS status or
•teach on a one-to-one or group basis or
•teach either private or non publicly funded courses or
•intend to be trainers in industry, commerce or the post-16
sector
Format: Tuesday evenings (5-8pm)
Certification: NCFE Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector
Entry Requirement: Over 18
Assessment Type: Microteach Session, Portfolio
